Steve joined Rosgal over 9 years ago having over 30 years’ experience in the civil engineering and utility sector. Steve oversees our projects from inception to completion and he is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of each project. He will attend client meetings to provide clarity on roles and responsibilities and he will ensure that Rosgal’s chain of command is transparent and understandable.  Steve has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in managing public schemes throughout the North West of England including some of the most densely populated roads and footways in Greater Manchester.
