Rosgal is preparing to undertake ‘Greater Manchester cycling and walking improvements (Area 1B) Ducie Street’ for Manchester City Council (MCC).
The works will cover both Dale Street and Ducie Street in Manchester.
Ducie Street and Dale Street are heavily pedestrianised and popular streets in the centre of Manchester which provide access to various shops, hotels, apartments, and other public institutions. Therefore, we will ensure that we minimise disruption to local residents and maintain effective traffic management measures to reduce traffic congestion.
These works will involve the instillation of new gullies, construction of footways and road markings, instillation of mobile planters, installation of static and removable bollards, and the relocation of lamp columns.
We understand the physical and mental benefits that walking and cycling can provide and we will deliver these vital works to improve the wellbeing of local residents living in Manchester.

Ducie Street provides access to several shops, hotels, apartments, and other public institutions.
We are currently undertaking a separate programme of works to improve the public realm of Dale Street which is located in the northern quarter of Manchester City Centre.
