Rosgal Limited was founded in 1999, by the present Management team, to provide a high quality civil engineering service. Since then, we have established a reputation throughout the North West of England for providing excellent and trustworthy civil engineering services.

Our success is centred around our ability to ensure that all aspects of HSE & Q are met and that our works are completed in line with the requirements of our clients. Utilising the skills of our workforce, we are able to offer the complete package, from initial contract conception to completion, covering all aspects of our civil engineering expertise.
